We are looking for a DORA Project Manager
CONTEXT
We are looking for a DORA Project Manager to join an international Cybersecurity & Operational Resilience environment.
This role will support the rollout of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) across multiple entities, helping translate regulatory requirements into concrete implementation plans and actions. The professional will work at the intersection of project management, cybersecurity, IT risk, and operational resilience, coordinating stakeholders, tracking implementation progress, and supporting both technical and business teams throughout the delivery of DORA-related initiatives.
This is a hands-on project management role in a highly regulated and transformation-driven environment, with strong exposure to regulatory compliance, cybersecurity governance, and cross-entity coordination.
MAIN MISSION
To drive and coordinate the implementation of DORA requirements across multiple entities, ensuring structured planning, stakeholder alignment, clear reporting, and practical support to teams facing operational, cybersecurity, and regulatory challenges.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and contribute to the DORA implementation roadmap, including tasks, milestones, deadlines, and follow-up actions
- Track the progress of entities against their implementation plans, identifying deviations, risks, and roadblocks early
- Organize and facilitate regular follow-up meetings, workshops, quick checks, and steering committees
- Support stakeholders in translating DORA requirements into concrete actions and implementation plans
- Work closely with technical and business teams on topics such as network segmentation, backup, third-party monitoring, and operational resilience controls
- Provide practical guidance and structured analysis to support the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on DORA-related topics, clarifying questions and escalating issues where needed
- Produce clear, visual, and executive-friendly reporting, including dashboards, one-page briefs, status updates, and action tracking
- Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders regarding project status, upcoming actions, responsibilities, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation and support knowledge sharing through FAQs, project pages, and implementation materials
PROFILE & SKILLS
- At least 3 years of experience managing IT-oriented projects
- Strong experience in project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and status reporting
- Good understanding of IT / Information Systems and ability to interact with technical teams
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT risk, and operational resilience concepts is highly valued
- Ability to understand and translate regulatory or technical topics into actionable plans and clear communication
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
