Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Insurance_Credit Control_Senior Associate_English
Responsibilities
-
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and quality checks on cash receipts, including support for cleansing and mass change processing projects.

Process and dispatch standard letters and emails as needed.
-
Deliver exceptional service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs), keeping relevant data updated.

Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries efficiently.

Manage the debt process, reconcile broker account differences, disburse cash, and recover overdue debts.

Chase remittances to ensure timely cash allocation.
-
Distribute monthly statements of overdue accounts to clients, resolving questions promptly with senior colleagues.

Release monthly dunning letters to remind clients and brokers of overdue payments.
-
Analyze aging reports and allocate portfolios for clarity.
-
Identify and allocate unallocated cash.
-
Manage robotic process automation (RPA) to support business functions.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, corporate, and other requirements.

Support compliance checks within the credit control team and specialize in systems like I90, Merlin, Magic, and MI.
Qualifications
-
Graduate or possess a professional qualification in finance-related disciplines like credit control, finance, or administrative functions.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
-
Positive attitude, results-driven, with energy and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment where response pace and quality are critical.

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail; able to produce high-quality work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.

Patient and respectful towards clients while being professionally firm in debt recovery.

Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
