Are you looking for an international career opportunity in one of Europe's most vibrant destinations?
Atlean World is currently hiring Customer Support Specialists for international projects based in Portugal. We are looking for professionals fluent in one of the following languages:
- German
- Dutch
- Hebrew
- French
- Spanish
- Russian
- Ukrainian
- Italian
- Polish
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment.
- Ensure professional and empathetic communication with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency (C1/C2) in one of the languages listed above.
- English level B2 or higher.
- EU Citizenship, Portuguese Residence Card, or CRUE.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
