- The primary goal of a retention line is to prevent customer churn (i.e., customers leaving the company).
- Agents working in this line are trained to identify the reasons why customers want to cancel and to offer solutions to keep them.
- Addressing Customer Concerns: They handle customer complaints, service issues, and billing problems.
- Offering Incentives: They may offer discounts, special promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.
- Building Customer Loyalty: They aim to create positive customer experiences and strengthen customer relationships.
- excellent communication skills in German and English;

What we have for you?
- Training 8am to 4pm = 1 month
- base salary: 920€/month gross (x14)
- performance bonus: up to 360€ (x12)
- language allowance: 150€ for English Language + 350€ for German Language (x13)
- meal allowance: 10,20€/day worked (x11 months)
- flex work allowance: 60€/month (x11)
- assiduity allowance: 110€/month
- health insurance as of the 1st month
- dislocation bonus up to €70 + accommodation
- remote work + 1 day every six weeks at the office (Lisbon or Porto)
