Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Software is becoming a key part of our
hardware business, shaping how solutions are brought to market across
products, channels, and customers. You will be part of the
Software Business Enablement team within the
Software Transformation organization,
defining how software is brought to market together with our hardware products and at the intersection of business, sales, and software to create
practical, scalable go‑to‑market approaches.

Design go-to-market models for software-enabled solutions across direct, digital, and distributor channels

Define how software is positioned and attached to hardware offerings, ensuring clarity and ease of adoption

Work closely with business units and sales teams to define go-to-market approaches across regions

Ensure software offerings are consistent, scalable, and easy to handle across all channels

Identify gaps in current approaches and drive improvements that increase adoption and reduce complexity

Align stakeholders across business units to establish standardized and reusable models
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a
collaborative and business‑oriented professional with
strong go-to-market expertise and the ability to
work across functions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic mindset to shape scalable and consistent software go-to-market approaches.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)

At least 5 years of professional experience in go‑to‑market, business development, or product-related roles (software, technology, or semiconductor industry)

Understanding of customer journeys across digital and indirect channels
-
Familiarity with customer relationship management processes and tools

Solid analytical and structured thinking, with a focus on scalability

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
-
Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage
