ROLE:
Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met within a food/supplement manufacturing environment
Coordinate production operators to maintain an efficient workflow
Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement prompt corrective actions
Schedule production activities and maintain updated records
Ensure production materials are available when required
Communicate production results and operational issues to the Production Manager
Assist with the training and integration of new production team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing operations
Previous experience leading production teams (preferred)
Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capability
Ability to work in a high-paced production environment
Good Excel skills and confidence using digital tools
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to quality
