We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing TL tasks. You are part of that team. What do you do in a day?

Daily management of personnel in your charge (assignment of posts, rotations, monitoring of tasks, etc.)

Communication: prior work instructions, safety, occupational safety, procedures, department meetings, etc.

Training and training of people in your charge.

Planning daily resources (and holidays), adjustments and execution of plans.

Daily management of pending collections and the respective team (customers without an account)
What do we expect from you?

You are flexible and analytical, enjoy solving problems and making decisions.

Vocational degree required. Bachelor's degree will be value.

Previous experience in team management is valued.

Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.

Schedule flexibility. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 21:30

Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential. Knowledge of Spanish.

Fluent in Portuguese.

Previous experience in: Logistics, Warehouse and Transport is valued.
