This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & Selection and Employer Branding while working alongside an experienced team. You'll be supported throughout your journey, developing your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Junior Talent Acquisition (IEFP Internship)
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes across different business areas, under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.
Source and identify candidates using recruitment platforms and social networks.
Screen CVs and support interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Participate in recruitment interviews and selection processes alongside experienced recruiters.
Publish job opportunities across different recruitment channels.
Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including university engagement, career events, and social media activities.
Help maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Skills
Final-year Bachelor's student in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Eligible for an IEFP Internship.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
