We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help Nina run a stronger, more consistent and professional operation while keeping the warm, hands-on guest experience that defines us. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys service, people, systems and daily problem-solving. You will be expected to complement the team on the floor, lead service, support guests directly, and help the team perform at a higher standard every day. We are looking for candidates with previous management or strong shift-lead experience, and a proven ability to improve routines, standards, training and customer experience.
