We are seeking a Shared Services Advisor to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of Shared Services operations in a dynamic,
global environment.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to guarantee high-quality service, operational efficiency, and
alignment with business priorities.

What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery and execution of Shared Services activities across key processes (e.g., P2P, R2R, O2C)
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service quality and meet expectations.
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support internal controls, compliance, and audit activities.
- Participate in projects focused on process improvement, system deployment, or transformation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and meet business needs through clear, proactive communication.
What do you bring with you:
Profile & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, or similar environments, typically 10+ years.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
• Experience with vendor management and/or cross-functional collaboration. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
