Project Manager – Tourism Operations & Group Travel
Location: Lisbon Area, Portugal (Office Based)

With offices and operations throughout Europe, we work with travel agencies, tour operators, religious organizations, and group leaders from around the world.
We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Project Manager to join our Portugal team.
Main Responsibilities
Manage travel projects and group operations from confirmation through completion.
Coordinate hotels, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, attractions, and other suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, operational documents, and travel programs.
Monitor reservations, rooming lists, transportation schedules, and service delivery.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Handle operational challenges and provide quick solutions when required.
Support group arrivals, departures, and ongoing tour operations.
Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
Work closely with international sales teams and overseas clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, events, DMCs, group travel, or operations is preferred.
