Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and contributing to our customer satisfaction goals. The role involves interacting with customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via chat, phone, and email.
- Resolve customer issues and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
