We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Support Representative position within a banking-sector project located in Covilhã.
About the Role: you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing inbound customer calls (customers and non-customers);
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding banking products and services;
- Assisting customers by resolving queries efficiently and professionally;
- Making occasional outbound calls to existing clients when required;
- Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Training & Onboarding: You will benefit from a structured training program designed to prepare you for success:
- 5 working days of classroom training;
- Up to 5 days of practical, on-the-job training;
- Full support will be provided throughout the on boarding process.

Compensation Example (Gross Monthly)
- Base salary: 1,073.34 euros (including proportional holiday and Christmas allowances)
- Meal allowance: 147 euros.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week);
- Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00;
- Work schedule from Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
- European Portuguese at native/C2 level;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
- Motivation to work in a service-driven environment.
