ROLE:
Support the setup, management, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and others;
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and similar metrics), contributing to dashboards and regular reporting to support data-informed decisions;
Assist in market research and competitor analysis, including trends, keywords, and opportunities to strengthen campaign performance;
Work closely with design and content teams in the development, testing, and refinement of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages customised for different channels and audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred);
Minimum of 2 years’ experience or knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (mandatory);
Strong interest in digital marketing and motivation to grow in performance marketing;
Solid analytical skills and keen attention to detail;
Fluency in Portuguese and good proficiency in English;
Strong team player with an independent, proactive, and reliable profile;
Good organisational and time-management skills.
