Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining standardized communication materials across the corporate website, intranet, and employee communication channels, while ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines. Leveraging your expertise in content management systems, you will support editors and stakeholders globally with content publishing, governance, and digital communication processes.

Create, publish, and maintain standardized communication content across Infineon.com, the intranet, and internal communication channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a positive user experience

Manage digital content within content management systems, including web pages, online articles, multimedia assets, and promotional content

Provide expert support to editors and end-users worldwide on content publishing, page editing, media integration, and platform-related topics

Maintain and update corporate communication materials, repositories, and information libraries across internal and external platforms

Coordinate brand-related processes, including logo usage agreements, Brand Portal access management, and digital asset administration

Review and approve communication materials to ensure compliance with Infineon's brand design guidelines and quality standards

Support global intranet and communication operations by managing standardized requests, maintaining key intranet features, and contributing to ongoing platform governance
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have experience in corporate communications and content management systems, with a strong eye for detail, a passion for creating engaging visuals, and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. As a proactive and collaborative professional, you build effective partnerships across functions, deliver customer-focused solutions, and work independently to achieve high-quality results.

Degree in Communication Sciences, Languages, Web Technologies, Content Production or a similar field of study

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in communication, with a focus on management systems

Experience in creating and maintaining documentation

Strong attention to detail and a process- oriented mindset

Pragmatic, collaborative and inspirational working style

Thrive in a collaborative and international environment

Fluent in English, German is a plus
