A leading organization with a strong enterprise IT environment is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support and evolve its Modern Workplace & Device Management ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong expertise in Microsoft endpoint technologies, who enjoys working in structured enterprise environments and driving continuous improvement across device lifecycle management.
As an Endpoint Management Engineer, you will manage and optimize the full lifecycle of enterprise devices across Windows environments, ensuring security, compliance, automation, and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s Modern Device Management strategy while ensuring high levels of performance and security.

Manage the full device lifecycle:

Enrollment

Provisioning

Configuration

Patching

Compliance

Decommissioning

Design and maintain standardized configurations, policies, and security baselines

Administer and optimize:

Microsoft Intune

Windows Autopilot

Implement and enhance Modern Management solutions, including GPO coexistence

Automate provisioning, reporting, and operational workflows through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs

Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents

Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform capabilities following best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments
