ABOUT US:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing technology projects. This role will play a central part in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, and with the expected quality standards.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee medium- to large-scale technology projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through to final delivery
- Apply and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business strategy
- Produce and maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
- Manage the application release lifecycle, ensuring planning, coordination, validation of deliverables, and version and quality control
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing technology projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong technical knowledge enabling effective communication with development teams
- Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in release management, including change control and understanding its impact on product consistency and evolution
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
