ROLE:
We are looking for a versatile Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will combine creative thinking with technical expertise, delivering impactful design solutions across digital, print, motion, and 3D projects while ensuring a consistent brand experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Identity & Visual Consistency: Create, refine and safeguard the brand’s visual identity across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Digital Design: Design engaging visual assets for social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Print & Product Design: Develop packaging, apparel, merchandising materials, and other print-ready creative assets.
- Motion & 3D Content: Produce motion graphics, animations, and 3D product renders to enhance the brand's visual communication.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in multidisciplinary design (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showcasing experience across branding, packaging, digital design, motion graphics, and 3D content (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with Blender, Adobe Dimension, Substance, or similar 3D software for rendering and mockups.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly accountable professional.
