What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a team of Accounts Payable specialists (+10 FTEs), ensuring high performance, engagement and continuous development
- Oversee day-to-day AP operations, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary to ensure service quality and business continuity
- Monitor team workload and backlog, ensuring timely invoice processing, issue resolution, and adherence to SLAs
- Execute and supervise payment runs, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal controls and adherence to predefined schedule
- Support key control areas (GRNI, debit balances, supplier reconciliations), ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Support Month End Close activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of weekly and monthly reporting
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring audit readiness
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1s, feedback and performance management
Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring capability development

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in finance
- Proven leadership in finance teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- ERP systems and workflow tech knowledge
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
