Job Description
As an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ERP applications, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and later the Triskell platform.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Support & Management (D365 F&O)

Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for the ERP system

Act as the Level 3 technical expert for complex incidents

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve critical issues
-
Perform both functional and technical analysis
-
Escalate issues to vendors or partners when necessary
Application Maintenance & Administration
-
Ensure the stability and reliability of the ERP system
-
Participate in patch management and system upgrades
-
Maintain application configurations and settings
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service quality
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
-
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents
-
Propose functional and technical improvements
-
Enhance documentation and operational procedures
-
Support optimization of business processes
Triskell Support & Administration
(Following training and knowledge transfer)

Provide application support for Triskell
-
Manage basic platform configuration
-
Assist business users
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the tool
Stakeholder Interaction
Solutions Team
✅ Work closely with ERP Product Managers and Project Managers
Business Teams
✅ Provide support to end users
✅ Interact with Portfolio Management and Finance teams
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of experience in ERP support or administration, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Experience working in environments with business-critical applications

Proven experience delivering Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 application support
Technical Skills

Troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues – Level 4

Strong operational discipline – Level 4

Experience with APIs and system integrations – Level 2
Functional Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – Level 4
