Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Project Leadership
Own the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to closure
Define project governance, structure, milestones, and delivery plans
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across technical and functional teams
Contribute to budget planning and ensure adherence to financial targets
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities across cloud and on-prem activities
Delivery Excellence
Coordinate tasks across engineering and technical teams to ensure efficient execution
Track progress using well-defined project KPIs and ensure milestone delivery
Anticipate project needs and address issues proactively before they impact delivery
Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and cloud deployment best practices
Project Closing & Handover
Lead project closure activities, including cost analysis and lessons learned
Ensure all deliverables are completed, documented, and formally accepted
Facilitate effective knowledge transfer between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
+3 years proven experience managing technical or IT projects in a software, cloud, or infrastructure environment
Experience owning end-to-end project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts
Background working with distributed or nearshore teams in remote delivery models
Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery KPIs
Languages:
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
Comfortable producing structured project documentation, reports, and status updates
Strong facilitation skills to align technical teams and stakeholders in a remote setting
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Solid understanding of cloud environments and information systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, and Unix systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS appreciated), telecom, and Internet technologies
Ability to understand, challenge, and discuss technical architecture with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Interpersonal Skills:
Proactive, structured, and highly organized with strong ownership mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Analytical with strong synthesis skills
Team-oriented and collaborative, comfortable working across functions and cultures
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivery excellence
