We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a leading technology company specializing in hospitality solutions, including electronic locks, access control, RFID technologies, and mobile key systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a customer support or service desk background who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and helping customers solve problems.
Must-Have Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Customer Support
- Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience supporting Windows environments and remote diagnostic tools
- Experience working with SLA-driven support environments
- Professional English communication skills (C1+)
- Portuguese residency
Nice to Have
- Experience with electronic locking systems

- Mobile key solutions
- Hospitality or hotel technology environments
