Key responsabilities:
- Include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.
Schedules: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):
07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends
Requirements:
- C1/C2 level language skill
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team
- Problem solving-skills
- Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Ambitious
- English B2
