We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join an international team responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end users in a dynamic corporate environment.

Provide first-line technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related incidents.
- Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing platform.
- Deliver timely and high-quality customer support while meeting service levels.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows workstations and Microsoft environments.
- Support user accounts and identity management.
- Assist with Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Support Apple iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Ensure a professional and customer-oriented support experience.

At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or End User Support.
- Technical education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking, or a related field.
- Experience working with ticket management systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Good understanding of corporate IT environments.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Windows 11
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Apple iOS
- Android
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Meeting Room environments.
- Experience providing IT support to VIP or Executive users.
- Knowledge of enterprise collaboration technologies.
- Experience working in corporate or international environments.
You are a proactive IT professional who enjoys working directly with users and solving technical challenges. You are organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple support requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
