About the Role
Brandable is a growing digital agency specialising in brand identity, web design, and digital marketing. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of content planning, creation, and client-facing social strategy across multiple accounts. Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across various channels
- Develop content plans, calendars, and scripts tailored to each brand
- Create static social media graphics using Canva
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut and/or similar editing tools
- Apply up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's algorithm and platform trends to maximise reach and engagement
- Communicate directly with clients to align on content strategy, gather feedback, and report on performance
- Stay current on emerging social trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial/professional social media management
- Proficiency in Canva for static social content
- Experience with CapCut and/or other video editing platforms
- Solid understanding of TikTok's algorithm and content mechanics
- Proven experience managing multiple social media channels simultaneously
- Strong ability to create content plans and scripts independently
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in client relations
- Must live in or near the Setúbal / Almada / Costa da Caparica area
- Own laptop required (software provided by the company)
