As a Data Engineer, you will help build and maintain the data platform that powers analytics across the organization. You'll work with data from multiple source systems, move it into Snowflake, transform it using dbt, and ensure it is accurate, reliable, and accessible for business users.
While experience with every technology in our stack is not required, we are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers
- Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues from source systems through reporting layers
- Monitor and support production data workflows and scheduled processes
- Perform data backfills, validation, and root-cause analysis when issues occur
- Support migration and integration of data from MSSQL and other source systems into Snowflake
- Improve data reliability, performance, and observability
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related discipline
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting
- Experience working with production relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar
- Understanding of modern data warehouse architecture and layered data models (raw, staging, consumption)
- Experience with incremental data loading patterns and data synchronization strategies
- Familiarity with source control and collaborative development practices using Git
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage work independently and communicate progress proactively
- Experience with Snowflake, including stages, file formats, Snowpipe, and performance optimization
- Experience with dbt, including incremental models, testing, and documentation
- MSSQL/SQL Server administration, stored procedures, SSIS, or performance tuning
- Experience working with S3 and file-based ingestion (CSV, JSON, Parquet)
- Experience integrating data from Oracle systems
- Python scripting and automation experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, dbt Cloud, or similar platforms
