About the role
You won't be filling seats. You'll be building the pipeline that keeps our clients stocked with tech talent that actually sticks, while making sure every candidate who talks to us walks away treated like the protagonist of their own career, not a line item on a CV.
What you'll do
- Own the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, from first sourcing call to signed offer.
- Build and keep warm a live pipeline of tech profiles, so we can put candidates in front of clients in 48h.
- Be the first Rhino a candidate meets. Set the tone: direct, respectful, no recruiter spam.
- Sit close enough to our clients' stack and team culture to know a real fit from a keyword match.
- Track your own pipeline health and time-to-fill, and know exactly why a number moved.
What you bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, agency or in-house.
- Comfortable sourcing beyond the obvious channels: boolean search, referrals, communities, not just inbound.
- Comfortably source and contact candidates through our databases to present job opportunities proactively.
- Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- A sharp read on stack and culture fit, and the patience to build relationships, not just close roles fast.

Salary Range: from 16 800€ to 22 000€ annual + Meal Allowance + Commissions
