We are looking for an Agent Accounts Receivable - French speaker (m/f/d) to join our Team Orange in Lisbon! Ideally, you have gained several years of professional experience as an accountant, but also juniors with a commercial background (e.g. office clerk, tax clerk, paralegal or bank clerk) and a fundamental understanding of numbers are welcome. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers in B2B and Damages

You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders

You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accounts

You liaise with our internal/external partners and service providers

You negotiate installment plans, and handle debt collection

You optimize our existing processes if needed
YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education You have successfully completed higher education with a commercial background and gained first experiences in a comparable role or you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position

Mindset You love numbers and you have an analytical mindset

Communication You posses excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments

Language Skills You have a very good command of French and English or French and German

Tools You are confident in using MS-Office Excel
