We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to support the financial and operational management of our business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial insights, monitoring business performance and supporting management with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Produce and analyse monthly P&L reports and key financial KPIs.
- Monitor costs, margins and overall business performance.
- Oversee inventory control and stock analysis.
- Analyse food cost, beverage cost and operational performance.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
- Identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve financial control processes and reporting.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory.
