Role: Master Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal
Required skills:

Up to 15 years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or in similar architecture roles;

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;

Experience defining enterprise application architectures and aligning business requirements with reference architectures;

Strong knowledge of architecture patterns, including microservices and modern application architectures;

Experience designing logical architecture solutions and high-impact technical solutions;

Experience defining and specifying APIs;
-
Experience identifying opportunities for new applications and microservices;
-
Strong focus on architecture governance, documentation, and best practices;
-
Experience contributing to application security and technology architecture evolution;
-
Ability to critically analyze business requirements and propose scalable architectural solutions;

Experience gathering and clarifying requirements with multiple stakeholders;
-
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog refinement;

Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and validating functional deliverables through acceptance testing;

Experience organizing functional and technical documentation;
-
Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR;

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (valued);

Experience in strategic and enterprise-scale projects;

Architecture certification (Microsoft, Cloud, or equivalent);

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work autonomously while influencing architectural decisions in complex environments;

Fluent English (spoken and written);

Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
