We are hiring experienced Waiters / Waitresses with strong customer service skills and basic bar & coffee knowledge for our hospitality team.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident, presentable, and able to manage both floor service and beverage preparation in a semi-casual / fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly table service
Take and deliver food & beverage orders efficiently
Prepare basic coffee, espresso, and cocktails
Support bar operations during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Upsell menu items and enhance guest experience
Requirements
Portuguese: Fluent (mandatory)
English: Intermediate to Fluent (mandatory)
Previous experience as waiter/waitress
Basic bar & coffee knowledge
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willing to relocate (for Lourinhã role)
