About the Role
We are looking for German and English-speaking freelancers to support international market research projects. This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity, ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy communicating with people, conducting online research, and working independently. You will work with a friendly international team and gain experience supporting global research studies while developing valuable communication and research skills.
What You Will Do
- Identify and recruit participants for international market research projects
- Reach out to potential participants via phone, email, and professional networks
- Conduct simple online research to find suitable candidates
- Keep records of your outreach and progress using basic tools
- Communicate professionally with participants and the internal project team
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, research, or similar roles is a plus
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- A personal LinkedIn account or willingness to create one
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working towards targets
