Position: Digital Content & Optimization Specialist

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital platforms and CRM communications for the Portuguese market, ensuring high-quality content delivery and continuous improvement of the customer journey.
You will work across CMS and CRM platforms, contributing to both local and group-level initiatives, with a direct impact on the user and guest experience in an international environment.
What you will do
Content & CMS Management
You will manage and update content across digital platforms (website, app, kiosks) using our CMS (Umbraco), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business and UX guidelines.
CRM Campaign Management
You will create and manage CRM campaigns (newsletters and push notifications), including content creation, layout, segmentation, and publishing through tools such as Movio (similar platforms: Mailchimp/Klaviyo).
Digital Channel Coordination
You will ensure content consistency and proper deployment across all digital touchpoints, contributing to a smooth and engaging customer journey.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
You will monitor performance using Google Analytics (basic level) and leverage insights to continuously improve content, campaigns, and user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, distributors, international teams), ensuring alignment and effective execution.
Task & Project Management
You will manage your daily activities using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Continuous Improvement
You will contribute to improving processes, tools, and digital journeys across platforms and channels.
Requirements
Must Have
Portuguese: Native or fluent
English: Fluent
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for websites or digital platforms
Experience managing digital environments (websites, apps, or e-commerce platforms) (non-social media focused)
Experience in similar roles such as Digital Product Manager, Digital Content Specialist, or CRM Specialist is highly valued
Experience with CRM/email marketing tools and newsletter creation
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (or willingness to develop it on the job)
Nice to Have
Spanish language
Experience managing push notifications
Familiarity with task management tools (Jira, Trello or similar)
Experience working in international or multi-market environments
