All Eyes On Me is a fast-growing startup and next-gen job board based in Luxembourg. We're on a mission to change the way companies showcase their culture and how candidates discover their next opportunity through authentic employer branding, videos, photos, and real stories. We are looking for a skilled, autonomous Mid-to-Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Porto and help us execute our ambitious product roadmap.
Roadmap Execution: Take ownership of developing concrete, planned priorities, ensuring reliable and predictable feature delivery.
Full-Stack Development: Build, deploy, and maintain robust features, moving seamlessly between frontend UI implementations and backend logic.
System Stability: Guarantee consistent output that meets our high standards for code quality and platform reliability.
Technical Strategy: Provide meaningful input on system design and architectural decisions, leveraging your experience to optimize our technical stack.
Foundational Role & Collaboration: As our first dedicated engineering hire, you will work hand-in-hand with our CTO. Beyond writing code, this role offers the space to grow: you will learn into strategic decision-making, collaborate on establishing technical best practices, and help shape our engineering culture as we build out the team around you.
~4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven ability to work independently.
Modern Web Ecosystem: Strong experience with modern frameworks (our stack includes Next.js and Supabase, but we value strong fundamentals over rigid tool-specific knowledge).
Backend & Database: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and complex query optimization.
AI/LLM Integration: Practical experience integrating AI models, including API management, streaming responses, and context handling.
Autonomy: Proven ability to take tasks from concept to completion without constant supervision.
Communication: A clear, direct, and collaborative communication style.
Contract: Full-time & permanent contract. Freelance also welcome, we’re flexible; the right talent is what matters most
Working Model: Hybrid arrangement (on-site presence required a few days a week).
Compensation: Base salary range starting from €40,000 per annum. Final offer will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience and relevant technical capabilities.
