The Role:
We are seeking a technically strong Technical Implementation Analyst to support implementations of FeneVision by owning technical configuration, customization, integrations, and data-related implementation activities.
This role partners closely with Functional SaaS Consultants, Senior Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure customer solutions are properly configured, integrated, and optimized for operational success.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience working with software customizations, databases, integrations, and implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products
- Provide support, and guidance to our customers to help them quickly get value out of our product and solution offerings
- Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements
- Manage and update task assignment to meet company and customer commitments
- Creates and updates client facing documentation including, but not limited to, meeting minutes and trip reports
- Support knowledge transfer to other team members or FeneVision groups
- Commitment to building long and lasting client relationships

Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize FeneVision solutions to meet customer technical requirements
- Develop and maintain VBScript-based logic, UI customizations, automation routines, and integration scripts
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data transformation scripts
- Support data migration, data mapping, validation, and database updates
- Assist with system integrations between customer environments and third-party applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and testing phases
- Support system testing to ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support customer go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
- Maintain implementation documentation and technical documentation
- Support knowledge transfer across internal teams
- Travel as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of software implementation and technical consulting experience
- SQL scripting and database management
- Experience with scripting, automation, or software customization (VBScript preferred)
- Experience with system integrations, APIs and data mapping
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent German
Preferred:
- Experience in make-to-order, custom manufacturing, or configurable product environments
- ERP/MES implementation experience
- Database administration experience
