What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?
Our (Region+Division) is looking for a R&D VIE to be based at its plant at (Location+Country).
The R&D VIE plans and executes complete engineering design products or specific projects, from initial design concept through to production release and post-production support, for source automotive seat products.
Your main missions will be to

Formulates, recommends, and implements all phases of a seat design project to complete within budget and to meet customer-determined project milestones and completion dates.

Lead the execution of other duties and special projects as assigned

Produces designs that are feasible and economical to produce in the manufacturing facilities and processes available

Ensures that all appropriate tests are performed

Assists in the achievement of program targets through direct participation in customer presentations
