ROLE:
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed in a food/supplement manufacturing environment
Coordinate production operators to maintain smooth and efficient workflows
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement appropriate corrective measures
Plan production and keep accurate records of activities
Ensure the necessary materials are readily available for production
Report production results and operational issues to the Production Manager
Support new production staff throughout training and onboarding
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred)
Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
Previous experience in team supervision (preferred)
Strong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail
