As a Data Architect (m/f/d), you’ll join our Data & Analytics platform team to define and maintain standards and best practices across our modern data stack (AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, Streamlit, GitLab, Dagster). You’ll work across multiple Analytical Data Product teams within our Data Mesh, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability, design frameworks, support teams in building high-quality data pipelines, and help bridge technical gaps across the data platform.
- Define and enforce best practices and standards for data pipelines, models, and tools. Own the overall analytics platform architecture.

Build and maintain reusable frameworks and utilities (dbt, Python, Snowflake, Streamlit) to speed up delivery across teams.

Review code across teams, identify risks and improvements, and provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure quality and consistency.

Support solution design with product teams, translating business needs into solid technical decisions and documenting trade-offs.

Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and document key architectural decisions to share knowledge across the organization.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent) with 8+ years in data, analytics, or BI roles.

Strong SQL skills, including complex transformations and data modeling (dimensional, data vault), especially in Snowflake.

Experience with dbt, Git/GitLab, CI/CD, and data orchestration tools (Dagster preferred).

Proficiency in Python or another programming language; Python for data engineering is a plus.

Hands-on experience with AWS, including designing data architectures.

Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience with Streamlit, logistics domain knowledge, and tools like Flyway, MacOS/WSL, or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
