ROLE:
Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures, in a food/supplement manufacturing environment
Coordinate production operators to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions
Plan production and maintain accurate records
Ensure materials are available for production
Report production performance and issues to the Production Manager
Support training and onboarding of new production staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred)
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
Previous experience supervising teams (preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good Excel skills and comfortable with technology
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail
