Job Description
Analyse applicable AOCS/GNC system requirements
Perform AOCS/GNC functional analysis and elaborate applicable Work Breakdown Structures
Elaborate suitable AOCS/GNC architecture designs to applicable requirements
Manage and contribute to developing AOCS/GNC algorithms for orbital missions
Develop covariance analysis tools to assess state estimation performance
Implement AOCS/GNC models into Matlab/Simulink simulation tools
Elaborate and execute model verification and validation strategies
Elaborate system verification and validation test reports
Optimize AOCS/GNC parameters in collaboration with image processing experts to achieve required system performance
Elaborate and contribute to project documentation including system test, V&V, performance assessment and other applicable documentation
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS (Licenciatura) Engineering degree in Physics/Robotics/Aerospace or equivalent
C/C++ programming
Experience with AOCS/GNC development in Matlab/Simulink
Prior Experience in the scope of European Space Agency projects
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in C/C++ programming
Experience in orbit determination and mission analysis
