Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:
- Fluency in Turkish (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum)
- No previous experience is required
- Clarifying any product information;
- Providing exceptional support to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) across communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Outbound calls are required for email support and highly encouraged for chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries . Delivering comprehensive pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products, ensuring clients receive seamless assistance throughout their journey. Offering expert guidance on Meta's products and tools to enhance clients' experience, helping them maximize the value of their advertising campaigns and optimize performance. Identifying key trends and addressing recurring challenges faced by multiple SMB clients, proactively implementing solutions to improve overall satisfaction and drive success
What you will be offered:
