We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to lead and grow our electric bicycle sales across the European region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor and retail relationships, and building our brand presence in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market aligned with company goals
- Identify, onboard, and manage bicycle distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, or retailers
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Attend trade fairs, cycling expos, and industry events to promote the brand
- Ensure compliance with EU regulations related to product standards and import
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and submit regular reports
- Collaborate with the India-based production and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Provide product feedback and market insights to the R&D team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe
