How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct detailed customer credit risk assessments and perform financial analysis to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Assign credit limits that align with risk profiles and highlight anomalies in automated rating models to senior management.
- Collaborate with the Global Governance Team to analyze and maintain credit rating and limit models, ensuring compliance with credit management policies.
- Support regional teams with credit-related inquiries and coordinate with external service providers to resolve credit management issues.
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports on customer credit exposures, trends, and key risk indicators, while proactively monitoring financial health for early warning signs.
- Maintain and update credit risk databases to track customer performance and support regulatory compliance reporting.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer credit analysis or rating.
- Proven analytical expertise and the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of credit rating methodologies, risk management frameworks, and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with credit management software; knowledge of SQL, SAP ERP, Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a plus.
- Excellent decision-making and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to leveraging automation and new technologies.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, German, Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.

The Customer Credit Risk Intelligence team operates as a global governance function within Treasury & Corporate Finance. This dedicated team plays a crucial role in shaping and overseeing customer-specific credit risk practices across Siemens Energy worldwide. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Credit Risk Intelligence, you will be a key governance manager driving consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment in customer credit-related processes across all regions.
