About the project:
Work for one of the biggest Social Media platform for creating, sharing, and discovering short-form videos, known for its engaging content and algorithm-driven personalized feed.
You will be providing services for a short-form video hosting platform. It hosts user-submitted videos, which can range in duration from 3 seconds to 10 minutes. Since the launch, It gained global popularity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
- Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
- Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
- Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proof of their complains, from drivers and customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German language (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:

- Salary without accommodation: 1605 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1268 euros gross / month
