Almendra is currently recruiting French-speaking Customer Care Advisors for an international project in the technology sector, based in Lisbon.
This role focuses on customer assistance and post-purchase support, helping users with product-related questions, technical guidance, and service requests. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth customer experience while supporting users through different communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in French
- Assist users with technical and product-related questions
- Provide guidance regarding repairs, troubleshooting, and product functionality
- Manage customer concerns in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Escalate complex situations when necessary and ensure timely follow-up
- Contribute to service quality improvements through customer feedback and insights
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve operational goals
Candidate Profile
- Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and attention to detail
- Comfortable dealing with technical support topics
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is valued
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
