About the role:

Join a world leader in Cloud based software solution for the Space Designing industry. As a Developer, you will work on the Spaces Flex SaaS product, a 3D WEB interior/exterior design software with End-to-End integration with eCommerce, Order Management, and other CRM solutions as well as content platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for conducting detailed discussions with customer stakeholders to understand their goals.
You will design and document the end-to-end solution architecture for integrations
You will drive the requirements gathering and the analysis phase.
You will work on multiple projects, from the discovery phase to the delivery, while respecting the budgets and deadlines and ensuring quality of the deliverables.
You may configure and manage other technical aspects necessary.
You will promote effective communication across team members as well as participate in preparing proposals and customer presentations.

Required experience and qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of solution design, application and infrastructure planning
3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience in technical software implementation for Enterprise level customers.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
Ability to create a timeline and consistently meet dates on time.
Proficient in time and priority management, work in different time zones
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to independently solve problems and know when to raise issues.
Speak and write fluently in French and English.
Available for occasional trips to visit clients.
Experience using AI to expedite tasks.
