The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various departments across the business, as well as working with external consultants and stakeholders whenever required.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and address critical challenges facing the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align organizational initiatives with strategic objectives;
Produce data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively and efficiently;
Contribute to the company’s overall strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically while solving complex business challenges;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and autonomously.
