About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Graphic Design & UI/UX Intern / Junior Designer to join our team and collaborate on real-world projects across digital and visual design.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging designs across multiple platforms, gaining hands-on experience in both graphic design and UI/UX design.
This opportunity is primarily structured as a 6-month IEFP internship, however applications are open to all candidates, and IEFP eligibility is not required. We welcome applications from students, recent graduates, interns, and junior designers looking to grow their skills in a real working environment.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with teams to understand project goals, user needs, and brand guidelines
- Design visual content for digital and print media (social media, websites, marketing materials, etc.)
- Create UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Assist in building and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Participate in design reviews and contribute creative feedback
- Work with developers to ensure design consistency and feasibility
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Apply user-centered design thinking in all projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic experience in UI/UX design (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted)
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly
- Good English skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have
- Illustration skills
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Motion design or animation experience
