Deliver exceptional, professional support to Italian and English-speaking customers regarding premium home appliances and technical troubleshooting.

Guide users through step-by-step device setups, operational adjustments, and product optimization.

Log, track, and follow up on customer service tickets, ensuring detailed case history is maintained.

Coordinate with repair teams or logistical departments to organize hardware updates or product replacements when necessary.

Actively embrace continuous coaching, quality feedback, and tool training to maintain peak service standards.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Italian and a high working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication style.

Problem-Solving Ability: A patient, structured approach to walking clients through step-by-step technical or product solutions.

Adaptability: Highly receptive to feedback and comfortable working a rotational daytime schedule (no night shifts required).

Location: Fully available to work on-site at our multicultural hub in Lisbon.

Base Salary: paid over 14 months.
