Execute, maintain, and troubleshoot network security configurations and incidents
Collaborate closely with SOC teams for event correlation, investigation, and incident response workflows
Operate and enforce security policies across perimeter security domains
Support security controls during events such as anomalies, threats, or service degradation
Ensure all changes are documented, auditable, and executed through formal change management processes
Document technical solutions, procedures, and lessons learned
Contribute to continuous improvement of security operations, including process optimization and automation where applicable
Hands-on experience with firewall and perimeter security operations, including policy enforcement and lifecycle management
Strong exposure to NGFW, IPS, IDS, segmentation, and SIEM integration
Operational experience with common security platforms, including:
Check Point (SmartConsole, SmartEvent, CloudGuard)
Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
Palo Alto Networks (PAN‑OS, Panorama, Prisma Cloud)
Netskope
Policy governance tools such as Tufin
Strong ITSM and operational discipline using ServiceNow
Experience with log and analytics platforms such as Splunk or Elasticsearch for investigations and evidence gathering
